Its called circulation of the blood but sever irritation can mean something to do with the liver so go and get it checked out if this is your problem

i used to be told that it means if it's the left hand you receive money, if it's the right palm you'll be parting from some money, or vice versa cant remember which, but to do with dosh anyway!
