An optometrist's office should stock a wide variety of nose pads. I know I've had glasses with nose pads that were completely round,and some that were square, and they had both of those in stock.

Any decent Optician should stock them. If you got them on prescription you could go to the place you got them from and ask for a replacement. Failing that, if you have any old spare pairs lying around you could just take them off there; they'll still fit.

Any wal-mart will have them (usually less than $2). If they have an eye wear store in the Wal-Mart, they will put them on too. Eye wear stores will do it too (some will do it for free)
