i swear i think i have insomnia! it takes me over 2 hrs just lying on my bed. it used to be easy.. but lately its been hard. the lastest i can fall asleep (once my head hits the pillow) is 30-45 mins. and that is if im really tired. i listen to music to make me fall asleep.. it used to work.. but not anymore! ive tried warm milk, cranking the AC to make my room nice n cool, ive tried softer pillows etc.. nothing! please help? im open for any suggestions.. just no drugs or wat not.. thanks!
