I think most people do, and even girls. Girls may say they dont but believe me they do. I think it is normal and not a thing to be embrassed about.

Yes. Younger more often if they don't have a partner, older less frequently, maybe only 2 or 3 times a week. I'm 54, and I do about once a day, unless my g/f stops by to take care of me.
