you cant see the blood in the urine with naked eyes unless its in large amount. it might due to a lot of reason. if you are a female maybe you are having you menses. or its UTI. and also you cannot exclude UTI (when you did the x-ray).

you should see a doctor. blood in urine can be duea lot of reasons like UTI or renal stones.

First off: Blood in your pee is ALWAYS a serious problem. It shouldn't be there at all in the first place.
Minor tears in the urinary tract are hard to detect and can lead to blood in the unrine. I suggest you undergo more intensive/thorough diagnostic tests.
Another possibility may be a malfunctioning kidney, where it stops preventing blood from crossing the nephrons and thus ends up in your urine.

Consult your doctor today.

One possibilty is "renal colic". Especially if you have bouts of pain in the bladder area. Also worth noting, the microscopic sediments that cause the blood or pain cannot be detected by x-ray or IVP. The best treatment I found involved homeopathic medicine. Try to find a herbalist or homeopathic doctor.

You should go to urinology doctor to check up. A cystoscopy allows your doctor to examine the inside of your bladder. Maybe you have tumor in your bladder. Good luck

This is a question best asked of your urologist. Have they scoped you yet? They will put a scope up your urethra and have a look at the urethra and bladder. If they haven't done that, this is the next step.
