Well, you have two easy nonmedical options: 1-you can walk on stilts, or 2-stand on a stepstool. Either option should give you those desired four inches. once you've stopped growing, there's nothing you can do. except wear high heels or something. but, no, there is nothing that's going to make you grow four inches.
