ive went on 10 cigaretts all day today, but still dont think i can quit!!! it seemed easy at first, but now i think its imposible to quit!!! pleas help me!!! im desprate- fo real!!

Your 'Nicotine' intake habit is now about 10 cigarettes per day. That's quite a big amount, you know?

With that amount, you cant quit smoking easily just by stop smoking immediately because your brain's adapted to need 'Nicotine', known as a drug, to function normally each day.

I don't know your age but since you may have to study in school, do your job, do some general routines, those may not be possible if you have withdrawal symptoms with you along the day, you may need Nicotine Replacement Therapy to help you handle it.

The Nicotine Replacement Therapy will slowly reduce your need of Nicotine to zero with small effects of withdrawal symptoms by using the Nicotine Patch, Nicotine Gum, Nicotine Nasal Spray or Nicotine Inhaler as a medicine. ask your doctor which medicine is right for you.

The best way is just to restrain yourself from smoking.
1) Hide cigarettes and necessities for smoking
2) Keep away from friends/other people who smoke
3) If you feel comfortable, talk to an adult, or someone more close to your age
4) Replace cigarettes with something else - like an addicting candy bar, gum, or something like that...

you can't just automatically quit, u have to gradually do it. smoking is like a habit. try chewing gum every time you want to smoke. instead a cigarette, put a piece of gum in your mouth. every time i wanna smoke, i think of my uncle that past away of cancer do to smoking, he was only 37 years old. i had seen them take him out of his house. put it this way, i don't think ne1 wants to be seen that way. it was a horrible site to see. the best way to get rid of a habit, is to find another one. look at the link below to see if you'll change your mind.

Drink a ridiculous amount of water to help flush the nicotine out of your system, and get a whole pile of bubble gum to keep your mouth busy. I also found it helpful to color in a coloring book with crayons....YOU CAN DO IT!!!

I kicked a two pack a day habit.. been clean for a few months now. It kicks @$$!!!

remember this.. when you are really truly ready to quit. you will.

just quit! throw away all accesories needed to smoke! and stay away from other smokers!
