I have used regular and now wireless laptops for years and years, spending many, many hours per day on them. A while back my medical doctor told me to severely limit time on them. But my work pretty much requires that I use my laptop. What is so dangerous about laptops? Are desktops safer?

Can anyone tell me why Mosquitos buzz inside your ears?
Why do they go specifically to your ears?
I believe they're attracted to CO2 in your breath, so why don't they buzz around your mouth?

Cause bones that you have broken in the past, ache like they are broken again? I broke my wrist a number of years ago, and every time it is going to rain, I can really feel pain where the break was.

My stomach is hurtin really bad it feels as if its full but i havent eatten in a day or two cause i sit down to eat and then i lose my appaite and im hungy but not hungry so it just really causin a problem i had soup a few days ago and it didnt wanna stay down... a friend said eat something light like salad or crackers. or even soup but im scared to eat anythin cause i dont wanna get sick.

I smoke them socially, but I was feeling especially stressed last night (maybe I was sick? I don't know), and had two in a row. Shortly after, I projectile vomited lo mein onto my living room carpet. Did smoking the cigarettes make me sick?

I'm 16 and my Hero saved me once long ago in a car accident. He was like my angel who lift me up in steady hands. A stranger I owe my gratitude to. And then he was gone... A Paramedic.

I've tried a lot to search for him until a few Paramedics convinced me to let go. They went out of their way with kindness to teach me. I did let go with a new beginning and dedicated myself to the right path. Steadfast and diligent in my task. I started learning about Law Enforcement and EMS so I can make my Hero proud of me. I really respect him.

However, it hurts me too much when I sit alone and recall that very moment. When I realize I remember his sweet words but not his face it breaks me down considering I met him for a matter of minutes. And I miss him for that... ?

why do i?? once, i saw this guy apprearing right infront of me. i freaked out and told my friend who is beside me. she says "hello. no one is there" then i went to look at that guy. and the guy werent there. also, i heard people calling my names out loud when nobody is calling me. there is more to do this. and it has happen a lot of time. why do i experienced this?

ps: what is the difference with illusions, delusions, and hallucination?

This is kind of a gross topic, so I'm sorry!

Anyway, lately I've been having this problem......I seem to be farting ALL the time, and it smells really bad, and I feel really bloated as well. When I go to the bathroom to open my bowels I always feel like I haven't emptied them properly, but nothing else comes out.

I don't think I'm constipated, I go fairly regularly and it's not difficult to pass a motion or anything like that. I do eat a lot of fibre, I probably don't drink as much water as I should though.

Anyway, it's getting really embarrassing, especially the farting all the time. What's wrong with me, and what can I do to stop it? I'm serious, please don't give me rubbish answers.

for the past 2 years on and off i have been experiencing a sensation of numbness in the lip area and the face. during the same few moments my left wrist will drop and my left hand becomes totally useless. for about 60 seconds, i am unable to do anything. occasionally (not every time) during this "episode" i will also need to slide to the floor to keep from falling because i see stars and kaledoscope type things and my legs start wobbling. the doc does not know but my friend says it has something to do with my pressure and raising my arms over my head. but in the market the other day, i was only opening the freezer door and reaching at waist length to get some boca burgers. i was not rising from a sitting to standing posistion either. i am on blood pressure meds for 5 years, in my 30s, 5'5" and 116 pounds and i'm not diabetic.

Iwe went through 'a lot' together, and grew stronger as a couple because of it, we lived together for 6years, before she walked out 1 day and never came back, without an explaination, i was in total shock...because she was that kind, we knew each other inside out. now im left feelin totally empty, and dead inside.... totally opposite of my former self....the thing is that seeing the way in which she changed so fast, scarred me and now i feel as though i cant even talk to her wen i see her on the street, recently, she came back to me to say that she wants me back, but ive changed so much now......and feel so devastatedly hurt....what should i do?

I have the chance to subject myself to drug testing trials in my county. For 23 days i recieve a tablet every other day, for 23 days, (i might get a placebo drug) and i have to live in the centre for the time, and at the end i recieve £3000. I have life insurance that would cover this, and i really need the money.
My neighbour has been doing these trials for 13 years and says that there has never been any problems.
WHAT DO YOU THINK I SHOULD DO? I have to decide on Tuesday.
