MS pain is sometimes brought on by excessive heat and exercise. So it's a good idea to go into a quiet, cool room and sit quietly for a bit, assuming you can still move. Drink something cool and do something that makes you calm. Please be aware, however, that pain in MS is highly unpredictable, and sometimes the only thing you can do is take a Naproxen Sodium and hope for the best.
If it lasts an unusually long time, see your specialist.

My ex-wife had it. She totally changed her diet to be healthier and started to excercise. The effect was very helpful. She has fewer attacks and is generally happier.
The biggest problem was SUGAR. Get rid of it from your diet and you will fell much better.

If you mean the period or the menstrual cycle...and I think that's what u mean....try to have hot drinks. For quick results.....> pain killers...but let them be a last resort.
