Stop carpooling or find a way around the tunnel.



If you are talking about carpal tunnel syndrome, then the surgeons can do an operation to "release" the carpal tunnel - ie. cut the constricting band that is squashing the nerve...

Let's see - for "carpool tunnel" - I guess the best treatment would be a smaller vehicle!

What are you talking about? A carpool driving through a tunnel? That's not something you treat unless you stop driving!

I suffer also with Carpel Tunnel, & there is a brace you can buy for your wrist, its to keep your wrist from moving, it may take a while but perservere, I had to wear it for approx 3 months day & night but it worked, I have now been pain free for 2 years.

Get a new job that's what i'm doing. I can't stand the pain in my wrist so i'm saying good ridance to the office jobs.

Seriously though there are some exercises you can do to help alleviate the pain a bit. look online, I'vee seen a coiple of websites out there.

Physical therapy can help as well as certain wrist braces, but the more severe cases usually can only be repaired with surgery.
