You really have to release the lactic acid from the muscles which I'm afraid will take movement. The thing I would do is suffer through a short run before the game or a couple of sets of body weight squats. It's gonna hurt a bit at first but it will help.

Take a warm bath with Epsom salt for some relief. Other than that you're just going to have to deal with the pain until your legs are back in shape. Wont be long! Good luck to you!

Those cures do not work becuase the soreness is caused by the build up of lactic acid in your muscles. You just have to wait for your body to clear it all out, nothing else can be done.

If it's just sore muscles than only time and rest will elevate it. Eventually you'll condition your muscles for this sport.

Try using ice on where it hurts, it should help the soreness go away, but your probably going to have to suck it up and play with the pain.
