You put the lime in the coconut and drink it all up...
Okay - try a few simple things
Sips of water to prevent dehydration
If they stay down you can try something light - crackers or bread or something
Also, ginger tea is good for nausea.
You might want to try a pain relief medicine if you are not allergic to them:
Acetaminophen is a good one for a sore stomach.
Buscopan (hyoscine) is another good one
Antacids - mylanta, gastrogel, gaviscon... that sort of thing might be helpful
talk with your pharmacist
If you vomit blood or have severe pains that will not go away, go to a hospital.

A natural way, hmm, I would have to know what's causing your upset stomach. Is it after you eat, or just of feeling that makes your stomach upset & you lose your appetite? Maybe a little honey or peanut butter. Or if it's the latter, try listening to some upbeat music you like to get your mind off of whatever has you upset. Hope your stomach ails relax! Oh yes, as noted above, I have heard that peppermint does work. Doesn't Pepto have a peppermint taste? Maybe it has that in it along with the Milk of Mag stuff. Prob just a li'l glass of milk would do ya, too. Maybe it's something you eat that you need to avoid. Pinpoint what triggers it. And the above mentioned slip my mind: Saltine Crackers & fizzy water or ale like Ginger Ale or 7up or plain seltzer water -sparkling water stuff.

Peppermint is great for sore stomach's, Ginger works great for nausea. Both come in tea form. If it's a type of acid reflux try pepcid or something like that. BTW don't eat salad, that's actual hard on your stomach. Sip on some tea, and eat some crackers or dry toast.

it depends on which side of your stomach the pain is comming from. left could be kiddneys, right kiddneys or appendix, middle stomach you should go to your doctor and have him make sure its not appendisidece because if it is you can die if your appendix bursts!!!!

Take some alka seltzer. It takes away the feeling of being full. It'll make you belch.

Try broth. If it doesn't stay down at least it won't hurt to throw up.
