I would probably get up reall fast, say "ow" outloud, and look around to see if anyone saw me. Id imagine if I slipped and fell I wouldnt break something (I hope not otherwise I really need some more calcium) that it would just be a very bruised knee or butt... and Id keep shopping, getting at least the bare minimum.
And Id definitely let the store manager know. Since I tend to go grocery shopping with my daughter in a baby bjorn (baby carrier)... Id probably be really pissed. If I didnt have her, Id be mad becuase I couldve been carrying her. Id defintely at least "*****" to the store manager.

If it's a corner store, I'd not waste my time; if it's a large corporate retail grocery chain with annual revenues greater than $100,000,000 per quarter, I'd probably be hoping, whilst in the apex of my slip, that a few bones break while hearing in my imagination, the sounds of: KA-CHING!

No. Get yourself treated first. The groceries will wait. And report your fall to the store manager. They should pay your medical bills.

speak to the store manager, was there something slippery on the floor? a banana peel? wet floor? there should have been a warning sign. oh dear, i would try to give myself a moment to recover and then continue my shopping. if i'm too hurt, woulda asked for assistance and spoken to manager if need be. hope u feel better, take care.

I want to say that I would sue. However, it has happened to me in a gift shop, where a snowglobe top fell and broke and I slipped in the gel and cut myself. They helped me put an bandage on it and I kept shopping. Of course they were very nice about it... probably hoping I didnt sue... and I didnt.

Depends on what I hurt. If I just rolled my ankle or sprain my wrist, I would probably keep shopping. If I hurt my back or was bleeding, I would probably leave the store.

First I would sue. I would probably not venture back into the store for my shopping needs. I would find another store to shop in.

if i was hurt at a store, i'd go and complain to the manager. he/she'll do something about it. and i'd probabl wouldn't go back there anymore. i'm sure there are plenty of other grocery stores around.

I would notify the manager. Then get help if I'm hurt. Send someone else to the store. If your in that much pain, you can't do it anyhow.

i'd ask to speak to the manager, then call my lawyer. then if i really needed groceries and i was in pain, i'd send someone in my family to go get them from another store. don't want to ruin my case!
