probably not, however so people develope allergies to things overnight. You may be allergic to Nicotine. OR there is a thing a s NICOTINE poisioning, just like alcohol poisioning, it may not take much to make you sick if you system can't process that chemical. good luck with the clean up. I have cleaned up many many piles of vomit, being a parent. ONly my kids were just sick. Food poisioning will also make you that sick. What did you eat last night? and where?

It is possible that they did, especially if you are not accustomed to smoking regularly, let alone smoking two in a row. I would recommend that you avoid that from now on if at all possible, and drink water when you do smoke.

Cigarettes are trying to tell you that they are nasty and will give you cancer. The government forced the tobacco companies to put a surgeons general warning on each box for a reason..

Cigarettes are vile. They leave an embedded footprint of someone's breath. Waking up daily with breath that smells like charcoal isn't my idea of romantic.

Humphrey Bogart used to call them ,"Coffin nails." How right he was. My humble advise would be--stay away from them.
