how come i always have these bad headahces..i take pills but cant get rid of them...is it because i dont have proper nutrition or is there something wrong with my health....please help me

Is it ok to wear your contacts in the pool.I wear them in the water but I dont usually go underneath the water and if I do go underneath I wear goggles.

I had this terrible dream last night that my mother was on fire, I woke up practically crying, I have never had a dream about my mother dying. The picture keeps playing in my mind. I had 2 brownies before bed last night and I was wondering if this is why?

I oftenly forget so quickly I cant memorise things especially numbers. What can I do to reinstate my memory. This is worying me so much. If there is anybody who cn help I'll realy apprecite. I normally work with computers from 7am to 7pm as in operating. Could this be causing my problem?

i think i slept wrong the other day, i had my arms upward and was laying on my back, i woke up to be sore all over my body, like from my waist up. and even now i cant sleep right it hurts. when i turn to the side i feel this whole pressure like in my stomach( when i turn to lay on my left side my fat or something will like that with my body will hurt.) its like i have this balloon filled liquid in my body when i turn it all moves to that side that i turn to and it hurts so bad but i dont know what it is, ive never had this pain before. is it something else in my body or what. ive just finished taking my pills for my spider bit i dont think that will be part of it i dont think. just touching my arms or stomach even my breasts they hurt. im sore but i dont know what caused this soreness. been like 3/4 days now and its not from working out cause i havent lol. and its only my upper body thats sore.

i have got a round small patch of tan, darker than my skin. how to make it lighter, the colour it used to be? it does not seem to fade, it has been there around 5 years now, and it is really bothering me
