It could be because you slept wrong. You might have pulled a back muscle or you might have a pinched nerve! Your spine is what holds your body together, so if you damaged a spinal nerve, that can affect the rest of your body! Is there a good doctor you know? Cause I think you should get checked out. But first you should go to a chiropractor or a good massage therapist. They can put you back together!! Good Luck!

You could have swelling as a result of an allergic reaction to the spider bite and/or medicine--I wouldn't wait until it gets worse. Go see a doctor as quickly as you can. Internal swelling like that can be so many serious things you shouldn't risk it.

sounds like you have a combination of discomfort.

Try to take a hot shower and focus the warm water on area where it hurts, chances are the back of your neck and also your shoulder blades.

For the 'gas' try to drink warm ginger tea...

If all else fail, you better go see a doctor... but don't wait for too long to go see your doctor.

I think it sounds like a swelling or inflamation. Did you pull a muscle? Maybe you did in your sleep and didn't realize it. Drink plenty of water, infact drink nothing but water, if this doesn't go away in a few more days , I would tell my doctor.
