Has anyone else had a bad experience with Quest Diagnostics Lab?

I had a pre-employment drug test and was sent to Quest Dianostics. I was given 4 minutes to pee in a cup and was patted down before entering the restroom. I guess a lot of people try and fake the urine test.

I have had to wait what I considered a long time to get blood drawn or drop off samples, but nothing too terrible. They have a horrible plebotomist who is really mean at one location so I don't go to that location anymore. The worst experience I had with them was, at my old job, we constantly got calls for Quest Diagnostics because some moron there kept giving out the wrong phone number as her direct line.
