My boyfriend is ready, I am not. I'm not planning on loosing my virginity until I am married, but I still would like to know the following:

What happens "down there" the first time?
(this is the main question I want the answer to)

How bad does it hurt?
(my guy says it won't hurt that bad, but I'm not sure about that one)

Is there anything to be afraid of besides pregnancy, STD's, or emotional tolls?

My Grandmother was running the garbage disposal (96), she disposed of half of her pinky finger (down the disposal). When she went to the doc he said basically your old and have nine others....so live with it.

I'm making a documentary about elderly folks and how their home, their ways are unsafe (rickety stairs etc...)

I need to know what you've seen so that I can include it in the documentary, so as to help others.

long periods of sitting or driving (long, being an hour or so). I went to a doctor, who diagnosed PLANTAR FASCIITIS. He recommended that I come in for some type of electricity therapy. I did look on-line for some suggestions, and found HEELSPURS.COM which offers better information than the doctor, in my opinion. I wonder what others are doing that is working for them. If I had this in both feet, I would be in a really bad way...like not being able to walk. Help! All suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.

Now this is serious. I've dated several women for long periods of time and asked them this question but I can never get a straight answer. It's a given that guys masteurbate, everyone knows this. But do women feel the need as often as guys do ? Take it that some guys are like 3-5 times a week, maybe more maybe less. Any TRUE answers out there ?? Guys always wonder this.

I have been a migraine sufferer for years, Topamax has been a life saver! I neglected to remember it for my vacation (along with all my other meds...I felt like such a dope!) Anyways, I was getting ready to go on one of those 3-D thrill rides, you know where you wear the 3-D glasses and you sit in the chairs and they move the chairs around so you feel like you're in the movie. Anyways, I was standing up in line staring at the screen with my 3-D glasses on and all of a sudden it felt like my eyes were being squeezed together, I was suddenly very nauseous, and dizzy. I was very disoriented. I immediately removed the glasses and looked away from the screen. It was like a very sudden, intense migraine aura. It went away, but I didn't put those glasses back on! I've never experienced anything like it. I plan on discussing it with my neurologist, but unfortunately that appointment isn't until next month. Anyone else?

I work night shift, can my employer demand I show up for in-services in the middle of my sleep time, or do they have to provide them on my shift. If someone would just give me link so I can look it up would be great!!!

i dont know what to do anymore,i think im losing it, im losing everyone i know, im so sick of feeling like this,ive been thinkng about suicide alot and dont know if i should admit my self into hospital or not for suicidal thoughts and depression,one side of me is saying go admit yourself and the other is saying no dont do it. i dont know what im doing anymore and really scared i might do something stupid.

I don't really need the pain med any longer, but I seem to be having trouble coming off of it. Could I be addicted?? I feel like I'm coming out of my skin if I don't take it. I take a small dosage, about 2 1/2 tabs a day. I don't want to take it anymore. Someone please help. I need advice.
