AIDS is STD (Sexually trasmitted disease).. there are chances of you getting infected with HIV virus if condom breaks while having sex with HIV infected girl.....but that also depends upon the state of virus in that girl...if the HIV virus is in dormant stage in HIV infected person, then there may be very less chances you getting infected by that virus....

cheers!!!

It is possible, but not probable.

To transmit HIV, the virus in her bloodstream must somehow come in contact with your blood stream. I have read that the odds of transmission from a single act of vaginal sex is one in a thousand (it is much higher for anal sex, which is more likely to cause small rips that make transmission of the virus more likely).

Of course, the more often that you have unprotected sex with an HIV+ person, the more likely you are to get it. I would recommend getting regular tests if your partner is HIV+.

You better think about it. You are taking your life in your own hands. Most of the time HIV turns into full blown AIDS. Your life will be cut short by many years. It can happen to anyone. You'll need to make an appointment with a doctor a have a discussion of what to do. Please!

It's a possibility, yes. You should definitely get tested. You should be getting tested every six months anyway if you're sexually active. Planned Parenthood does HIV tests for a low cost.

It definitely puts you at risk; there are other factors, like say, did you stop after you realized it was broken, or did you continue. Best bet for you if this situation occurs is to seek advice from from an HIV services educatior/counselor at your local heatlth center.

Yes, and also, if an unprotected area comes in contact with her, you can get HIV. If there is a small hole in the condom you can get it. While removing the condom, if you have any cuts and they come in contact with the condom you can get it.

Is that type of risk really worth it?

Its possible. The only way to stop your worry is to go get checked. It is easy and confidential and the people who do it don't judge. GO GET TESTED!
