My husband hates being touched there afterward. I don't think it is a hurt, just more of an annoying feeling. I kinda feel the same way afterward.

Yes it does get sensitive there. It is not pain but it is so hard to describe. Nothing to worry about and if you accidentally touch him there, don't worry about it.
