The only way that works for me and it was a ederly woman who told me this and I have tried everything. Take a teaspoon full of peanut butter. I don't know why but it works every single time.

having some one scare the sh*t out of you works, but then, if you are expecting to be scared, it won't work.

Take nine sips of water-non stop-without taking a breath.

I just "inhale deeply, hold it and count to 10 "slowly." That "relaxes the stomach spasms.
May have to "repeat...
It usually works for me.
