Is it common to haqve side effects or reactions to certain meds hours after taken rather then right after it's taken???

Honestly...what is with the double standard? Why does President Fox think it is the Mexicans god given right to come here illegally? Why does President Fox advocate for his people to come here illegally?

Can we expect him to advocate for us to come to his country illegally? I dont think so.

anyways,and had to be switched because it wasnt working any more or amybe become allgeric to it.I know after all this time I cant stop it cold turkey,and Im wondering how other meds. work when you replace the xanax with them,I may have to just stop the xanax and the Dr. put me on something else.I just went back on Valporic Acid for my panic and anxiety last night, Im wondering if Im allegic to Xanax,about an hour after taken it i get a drynesss deep in my throat and tingling lips(like you get when having anxiety) Any ideas?

im not sure but i think i get panic attacks. ill be in the shower or in my bed about to fall asleep and all of a sudden i start thinking that someethings in the room with me and i cant close my eyes and i have to keep looking past the shower curtain or under the covers to make sure nothings there and i KNOW nothing is there but i stilll have to keep looking, and the result is i will get out of the shower sooo quickly i will have forgotten to do something, like i will have forgotton to shampoo or i will not get to sleep untill im so tired i cant even keep my eyes open. help please!!!
i would really like to know if its panic attacks or something else and what i can do about it so they either dont happen or dont affect my day-to-day life

pl. don't write about holding them in that special place in your heart, etc, 'cause that's not healthy. if somebody's no good for you you have to forget it alltogehter. and i do have things that keep me preoccupied but how do i take control of my emotions. not a day goes by that i dont think about him and i'm always keeping myself busy.

A friend of a friend has a bi polar disorder and should a person try to force "reality" on them to bring them back or should you play along with them? She came off medication and the family doesn't want to put her back on because a new Dr. said she doesn't need it but she is dilusional and really bad! Any advice is welcome.

i always touch the right side of the door before coming into the house and i pick a # on my birthday (this year its 3) and i do things 3/9 times(rinsing glasses, changing the volume on t.v., rinsing my toothbrush, when i want food i will take small portions 3 times like 3 pieces of popcorn at a time) I dont know why i do it but i can't stop

and you feel sad and worthless. I used to go downtown alot and be happy, i used to run be active. Now i can't cause i have knee problems, back problems, neck problems,,, all kinds of stuff. i just feel so sad. yeah you've heard it "why me?" i always ask myself and god that. and i'm not even in a wheelchair but i limp, my knees hurt, i can't bend my knees fully.. i have ear problems, intestinal problems, etc etc... It's just so different thatn 3 years ago. i used to be hapy and confident. now i just feel like going out and seeing all these normal people is just to sad to think about why i'm not like them anymore.

my husband has a brain injury and although this has not affected his physical apperance it has affected his mental health. i just find it hard to decide into which catagory he falls as he is classed as disabled and has mental health issues.....you decide!

i have a freind, he's 25 years old, who is very intellegent, he just finished a phase of his life where he accoplished what everyone called imposssible in that area,he stareted a new great job, then he started to have what looked like depression, he seemed to be sad all the time wt low energy and low motivation, now he feels that he is losing his cognitive functions, memory, communication skills, he finds difficulty in finding words and sometimes in reading them, it takes him long time to do things he used to do rapidly, the other day he couldn't remember his best freind name and his house phone number? is it a neurological disease? or it is a sever depression affercting his cognitive function? how can i support him as his freind? plz help me.. im feeling that im losing him
