For the normal person, happy things make them happy and sad things make them sad. BUT for someone that gets sad for no reason at all, they need to seek help. probly need meds to help them.
If youre asking what makes ME happy or sad, well, I would say, my family makes me happy and also my family can make me sad. Right now, Im fine.....

Seeing good people having bad things happen to them makes me sad. A smile from anyone even a stranger makes me happy.

do you mean at the same time or at different times. at the same time i feel happy and sad when i am leaving spain. i am happy i will be seeing my friends again and the sad thing is that i wont be going there for a year or so. what makes me happy is when i go to my friends sleepover/house. what makes me sad/angry is that i am banned from going on the computer or practicing my violin.

Sadness is thinking about my lovely dad and the fact that he has been dead a year now and just how much I miss him Happiness is remembering all the happy times I shared with my dad and knowing just how much he loved me and I loved him

Being with my family makes me happy and being in good health. Sad well that's people who don't realise what they have got in life. I have a loving hard working husband, two beautiful children and my health. Also a loving extended family. Those who have all this and don't realise it make me sad

Well It has been a lot of unhappiness at my house for the last three years. first my husband died. then just when I was trying to get my life back in the right direction I had a wreck and busted up my leg hip and shoulder. lost my job that I was just really beginning to love. So that has been my down points.
My happy is My daughter finished high school right after her dad died at the age of seventeen she now has one finished assoc. degree lacks one class having two more and five classes to have a bachelors degree. She is what I'm still here for and she just turned twenty last week.

Funny stuff always makes me happy or a nice day, with nice activities, I also like rain, it calms me down, but not if it rains too much.
Death makes me sad, or a sad movie, but I think that's not very normal, is it?

Happy is being with friends and relatives - for me.
Sad is having to live in Arizona in the summer.
Sad is winter anywhere - when there's so little daylight.
Sad is knowing that all my older relatives have passed.

I am happy when i havent got so much pain,which is usually when the weather is warm.
Also when i have a bit of extra money after paying my bills to go for a meal or take the children out.
I am sad when my pain is bad obviously and when i keep getting one bill after another and am wondering how to pay it.
