Have you ever had a panic attack, anxiety attack, or both.

Tell your personal experience, when, where, and why?

im 15 and i am not quite sure whats wrong, lately i lash out on my bf for every little thing, if he forgets to call, or hes too tired to talk or if i feel like hes ignoring me, i get so mad at him and he gets frustrated then when i hang up or walk away i hate myself and ask y i do that when i kno he cares bout me, i also get annoyed with my friends for every lil thing sometimes, i have no energy, i just like to sit around, i eat when im bored, and i always feel tired and sleep during the day but cant sleep much at night, then sometimes i get really hyper and say random strange things and act like a weirdo my brother (13) has asked if i was high, then other times i feel fine. is it bipoler disorder, pms, just normal teenage weirdness or something else please help!

I have a huge problem with nervous tics.. shrugging of the shoulders, neck jerking, and eye blinking. I will be seeing a doctor soon, but wanted to know if anyone knew of any medications that would help anxiety.

In my dream, it's shaking and shimmying, and I'm terrified. I've never really had any fear of flying issues, so this is disturbing for me.

I know just enough about biology, brain function, and normal functioning to be dangerous. I have noted time lately where a "substitute word" is inserted in my flow of conversation. "Bottle" instead of cup, etc. This is much more pronouned if I am fatigued from work. I have also noted in my writing terrible mistakes such as "deeple" instead of "deeply". I am 44 and am concerned about pre-Alzhiemer's, as well as maybe some other, more exotic issues.

If you were treated unfairly for unclear reasons, when others get fair treatment and you, discrimination, man the heart-burn.

I work in a Nursing Home and recently, we had a man being admitted into our facility. He is completely confused due to senile dementia and, what's worse, he is a wanderer! He recently tripped and fell about 2-3 times in the same week! Nurses cannot care for him 24-7, they have other patients to attend to, it's a large nursing facility with 400+ beds. What do you think should be done about this?
