Seems like you need some YOU time. When you get off of work, leave work at work. Don't carry the negative energy from work into your home. Think of it as two lives. As soon as you get of work you need to breathe take couple of minutes for yourself to calm down and relax. Once you feel a little better you can go run errands and take care of business at home. When you are all done you need some you time. Do something special that you like to do. Eat something that you like, or whatever. Talk to God He's always there willing to listen to you. And all the time He really wants to hear from you. He's the only one that can give you total relief whether you are a Christian or Not.

I work two jobs as well. I have several things that I do to unwind and relax. I read, watch television, play tennis or video games. Any of these things make me relax and forget work. Just find something that you do only for you, and no one else.

This going to sound silly, but get a bedtime routine. After a week or two your brain will know that when you, for example, have a cup of tea, it's time to settle down and tell your body its time to relax.

Take a hot bubble bath. That helps me. But make sure when you are getting ready to unwind, there is nothing else left to do...so after that long hot bubble bath you can just fall asleep.

What are your favorite things in life? Settle down every now and then and listen to your favorite song while eating your favorite candy. Take pleasure in the littlest things like brushing your teeth. Light candles of your favorite scent in your home and soak your feet. then lay down with a warm washcloth over your eyes when you go to sleep.

Music works for me. I can sit and listen to good music, and clear my mind of the frustrations and strain of one job, and feel relaxed and refreshed to go to my other job. Hope this helps.
