I have that happen all the time to me. I'm a larger woman, and its true, "Fat" people are discriminated again. I believe in the old saying "what goes around comes around" Or if you prefer, Karma. If they treat me bad, they will in tern get something bad happen to them, and maybe even worse. I have learned to accept what happens, and treat others, even those who do injustice to me, with the same respect I would like to see from them. Its not easy, but it will make you feel better in the long run.

I was rubbed the wrong way by a land lord one time, and had my credit card information stolen twice. I've also been the target of age discrimination(i was younger) and class descrimination(i had a crappy car) (pulled over several times by police with lame excuses).

I just remind myself that continuing to be angry allows them to have some control over me after the fact. Then, I can ignore it better.

Ask yourself this: is it worth holding onto the anger over the situation? Also, what can you do to avoid the situation and/or the consequent feelings of that situation in the future?
Good Luck!

This is a hard one, and one that alot of folks have had to deal with. I've been dealing with this one for many years. My faith tells me to pray for my enemies, and I have actually done this on occasion, although I thought my tongue would fall out, I was that bitter. It helps me to read the Psalms and also the Proverbs. Alot of stuff, you just have to turn it over to God, it is so hard to carry. Don't worry, the skunks will get theirs, and their fall will be a big one.
