an IQ of 228 would put her above Shakespeare, Goethe and Newton The scale only seems to go to 200.
I think she's not being honest with you, which in itself shows a lack of intelligence.

You have to be tested multiple times, over a period of months, from reputable sources to come up with a mean, or average IQ number.

228 is pretty high, even using the liberal scale, which I think is better descriptive anyway. Give her a test from MENSA is probably the best way.
