I have something that I do whenever I'm bored, angry, stressed out, etc. I have an online journal that I write in almost every day. If I need to get something off my chest, I write it in there where it will be more private than an actual diary and I feel much better afterward. My favorite is Xanga.com, but you can also set up an account at Livejournal.com or Diaryland.com. There is usually a feature that makes your entries private, so make sure you choose that if you don't want anyone else to view your entries. I hope you will find this as much of a release as I do.

Go for walks in beautiful scenery, try your yoga again, try pilates that relaxes me when I'm so stressed out, I even go skateboarding because you don't think about all the messed up things when your skateboarding. Also try some crafts like scrapbooking or find an awesome computer game. There are alot of things you can do, just figure out your interests and go from there

For me walking in the mountains does the trick - you have to concentrate on where you put your feet so you don't fall over so you have no time to worry about anything else.
After a while, when you're surrounded by so much timeless and magnificent scenery, any personal problem seems so much smaller and easy to deal with.
Whatever you choose to do, make it something that requires all your attention... otherwise you will find your mind drifting back to your troubles

Voluteer...When you do things to help others, it helps you see your life in perspective and makes you realize that there are people who have it a lot harder than you do. If everyone did this, the world would be a better place.

Go volunteer for a cause you believe in, or where you can help people. Habitat for humanity, a soup kitchen, animal shelter, special olympics--whatever works for you.
Nothing is so good for you as making your focus on helping others.
