About 5 months a go I had a vasectomy and now my left testy is sore & swolen.. I went to the doctor they gave me an ultrasound and he told me I have varicose veins of the testicles and some fluid could this be caused from a botched job from the the vasectomy ...NEVER HAD A PROBLUM BEFORE THEN...What should I do??????

I have had orthotic inserts for my feet since 2000. I am 57 years old and have high arches. My feet still sore in the morning and if I sit down after working in the yard etc., they see to hurt again. And my knees and legs are starting to have some pain.

Is is possible I need new orthotics and that my feet are causing the knew and leg problems (as opposed to my age and my being a bit overweight)?

My boyfriend is 31 years old, in good shape, works out, etc. Smokes a little and drinks maybe on the weekends. Last Wednesday he had a massive stroke, his left side of his brain was effected. They had to remove a huge part of his skull to allow for the swelling. Now he knows what is going on, nods his head when we ask questions but cannot speak.
