Guys measure their penis because it's considered a measure of masculinity. The one with the biggest package is the most dominant. This system works in the primate world also. It's not neccesarily true, but the media sure promotes it.

Because if they didn't. Having a small penis isn't healthy or isn't good for sex... They also like to start competitions with each other to see how has the longest. It's really funny/fun if you ask me hahahaha.

Thats just how some guys are. If it's not their penis its the car or truck, yard, lawn mower, guns, ...on and on. Just genetics and the environment many of us are raised in. Guys wonder why you ladies aren't comparing your breasts more. Just a guy thing. What were we talking about again...... :)

Because they think that girls like a bigger penis and to compete, like we do in everything. It is rediculous, but why do girls do the pencil-test? Same thing. Let's just share a laugh.

Because men and boys are very insecure about the size of their penis, they think they will not be able to please women (or other men if they are gay) if it is too small.

because they have nothing better to do when they playing with it.
Make it get big ...measure it ...play with it some more.
When we get older we get to busy to play with it...then it doesn't matter.
