specific it is fullyyt plausible to have a varicose vein in testicles it is suggested as a varicocele. even though it is amazingly uncommon in boy of 14 extra possibly you are able to sense the sperm tubes & wide-spread veins in the scrotum. those develop at 14 so would be larger than final time. had the same problem in both testicles after a vasectomy
I was not a good candidate for a vasectomy. After 4 years of various attempts to fix the problem...most of the urologists I went too for help said go home and live with it.

I loved the look as I had a lot of swelling in my testicles and they grew to a huge size and hung very low all the time. The pain was just too much to put up with.I finally found a pair of urologists that helped me out and did a bilateral orchiectomy....I have been pain free after the surgery.

I do miss the very large testicles is my only complaint.

From what I have read, the situation clears up on its own given time, but who wants to wait. Why they don't want to fix it is beyond me.
