It's because they are at room temperature and you are at 98.7, that could be a huge difference...

they are under pressure in the can -- temperature drops when u release the cap -- if this is a problem -- use stick roll on or do as the French do -- don't use anything and save the money for ugly French women (oh boy -- Yahoo censors will get me for sure this time)

They are room temperature. Your body is normally 98.6 so they seem cold. Anything lower than your normal body temp will seem cold.
