It was for 6 uses but i only used it once so can i still take it to the pharmacy? (I live in the UK)

no you cant, as i found out uk presciptions are valid for six months only

If it was issued for 6 uses, would probably be invalid after 6 months.

In the U.S., prescriptions are only valid for one year from date written.

Maybe give them a ring and ask - save a journey at least!
Alternatively, ask at your doctors for it to be reissued.
