no, it's not most likely gonna happen, but why should a young healthy male even consider of using viagra or cialis???
and if the young men really needs viagra, he MUST see a doc, just read the article from http://www.viagrausers.blogspot.com
below and you will clearly see that young healthy men do not need viagra as it does not really change anything for them.
Q. What Happens if You Take Viagra and You Don't Really Need It?
A. Men who say they don't have any problems achieving or maintaining erections say that using Viagra dramatically changes the sexual experience, but not always in a good way.
They say taking Viagra gives them a far more rigid erection that is so intense that it's almost uncomfortable, causing them to lose some sensation and making it difficult to finally achieve orgasm. One person described the feeling like puffing your cheeks full of air and then pushing them out as hard as you can.
Others say the physical reaction happens so effortlessly that it becomes intense long before the man's own level of excitement can catch up, creating a feeling of detachment. "The disembodied feeling is a really profound feeling," says the ViagraStories.com editor, a 33-year-old San Francisco man who has used the drug three times.
Mr. Brykman, managing editor of National Lampoon, used only one of the six pills his doctor gave him, and also says he felt disassociated from the experience. He says that although physically it worked, "it didn't have anything to do with arousal. As far as excitement levels or arousal levels, it didn't live up to my expectations."
Those who have used Viagra "recreationally," however, say the drug, nonetheless, makes it much easier to sustain an erection and achieve a second erection relatively quickly after orgasm.
Pfizer balks at the notion of a recreational use for Viagra, contending that if someone can feel the effect of Viagra, then they, by definition, have lost some sexual function. And the reality is, sexual function starts to fade in the 20s.
"Viagra helps to improve erectile function which isn't optimal, " says Pfizer's Dr. Sweeney. "If you're a 20-year-old college guy with no diseases and you have great erectile function, it's not going to do anything for you. It can't make it go beyond normal."

RE:
Will taking a low dose of Viagra (25;50mg) definitely cause priapism in young healthy male?
Yes there's a possibility, but anything is possible. Is it probable though?? Does it really happen? (on a side note, I've heard of sildenafil secretly being found in supplemental products for sex in GNC)

No I don't think so. I think a dosage of 25 mg or 50 mg is not causing priapism, a dosage of 100 mg Viagra can cause that more.
I wouldn't recommend you Viagra or other ED meds in young age, because you have normal erections.
Viagra can cause side effects and when you take it on a young age, it's not a good choice.
It's better to try it later, because you just don't need it.
The best thing it's not to try it, so you're sure that priapism will never happen.

An erection problem in men is defined as the inability to achieve or maintain an erection of the penis that is firm enough for a man to have sexual intercourse. While some men are not able to achieve an erection at all, others may lose their erection during intercourse. Consistent inability to achieve or maintain a firm erection sufficient for intercourse is defined as erectile dysfunction or impotence.
Most men at some point in their life suffer from erection problems however the condition is more common amongst the elderly as they are more likely to suffer from conditions that may impede the physiological processes that help a man in getting erections.
Reasons for preferring Viagra to treat erection problem
Before the launch of Viagra, the only treatment methods available for the treatment of erection problems included vacuum pumps, penile injections and surgical implants. These methods were understandably uncomfortable and therefore men chose to keep quiet over their erection problems instead of seeking uncomfortable treatments.
The launch of Viagra, however, changed the situation remarkably. Viagra Sildenafil pills gave men with erection problems freedom to have successful sexual intercourse just by popping a pill an hour before the anticipated sexual activity. Viagra was proven to be both safe and effective in numerous clinical trials and was also approved by the FDA. Men felt confident in taking Viagra and were happy with the promised results.
For five-long years Viagra Sildenafil pills enjoyed complete monopoly as an impotence treatment drug. The year 2003, saw the launch of other impotence treatment drugs called Cialis and Levitra. Though Cialis offers 36 hours effective period while Viagra remains effective for just 4 hours, many men still prefer to take Viagra. This is because they have tested the drug and have developed a bond with it. Cialis and Levitra are therefore finding it tough to break the loyalty that men have developed for Viagra.

Eating lots of leafy greens, whole grains, oysters, watermelon, and blueberries (most any fruit will work, really) will help you give your body all that it needs to improve the quality of your erections, while cutting out processed foods, cigarettes and alcohol will provide further benefits. in most healthy men priapism is not an issue
as far as GNC, early on (about 3 years ago) one of the over the counter meds did have a small amount of cialis in it, but that has long been pulled off the shelf
if you are trying to get these meds without a prescription that is pretty easy on the web, but just because it is sold does not mean you should take it without consulting your doctor to see if it is safe for you
you can read more about these meds and the 'warnings' at the pharmacy site that i have used below

If you are young and healthy, you should not need any medicinal help. If you are having erectile difficulty, get a check up - if nothing is medically wrong, work with a therapist who handles intimate concerns. But get help and don't suffer nedlessly.
