Slow your roll, homes!
You need a refractory period, usually a day, between workouts of the same muscle groups. So, wait a day in between ab work.
2nd, 200 sit-ups are not that many. You need to push yourself past the point of fatigue on each set.

Actually it doesn't depend on how many you do but how you do them and what you eat!!

1st- If you body has a high body fat percentage you need to start eating healthier to burn the fat faster!! Depending on your age 10-13% should be good most body builders during contest have it between 5-6% after contest go back to a more normal anything below 5 is very unhealthy!!
2nd- You have to make sure you work all the muscles not just the abdominus rectus (to avoid back problems) adding some weights and dividing it into different exercises will help having them in a more uniform shape and increased size!!
3rd- make sure to concentrate on the area at work switch between completely slow repetitions (muscle builder) and very fast reps (fat burners)

Other than that you could be doing 1k+ per day and still have a whole keg!!!!

It'll take you about 15 minutes. Go down to your grocery store and buy a 6 pack. It'll be a lot easier than what you are doing.

Good luck my friend!!!
