This query is for Ayurvedic/Siddha experts. How much Shilajit can I take 2 times per day for rejuvenative purposes. I am borderline nervous, libido is below average. However, I am not looking at these things in isolation. What I am concerned about is total body health. Please limit your opinion/advise to only Shilajit and not any other medication. Okay this is a weird question that might "repulse" some people, but I need an answer.

On the shaft of my penis, down more towards the head, I have this lump that only shows up when I have an erection.

I think pubes are annoying, they give me jock itch, and its really annoying to have them! I just wanna know a way to keep them down a little! Im only 15 but i have alot of pubes. I would I tried shaving them, which is good but it itches :(. Any Ideas?

I was out drinking last night and I had a little to much to drink. I wanted to start to sober up, by the time I got home and went to sleep I was so sick I was throwing up so much. This only happens when I go to sleep soberish. Usually if I keep drinking I don't get sick thats wierd. If you know what I am talking about please tell me how can I avoid this. And don't say drink less, cuz thats not an option :)
