The white stuff is smegma build up, not a disease. Since the hole is getting smaller you may have an infection, probably a yeast infection. You need to stretch but you have to treat the infection first with an over-the-counter preparation from a pharmacy. Circumcision should be a last resort treatment, not a first option, unless you want it for other reasons. It takes at least six weeks to recover any sexual function after circumcision and there is often swelling from the disruption to the lymph system. Add to that ultra-sensitivity of the exposed glans, bruising and sometimes split stitches and bleeding. You also don't have the gliding action of the foreskin anymore for masturbation and sex. Depending on how much skin is left you may need lube to masturbate at all.
Stretching usually gives a quicker cure with none of these disadvantages. See the link below for detailed instructions and ideas for removing that smegma buildup etc.

In most parts of the world phimosis (tight foreskin) is very successfully treated without surgery. In the US doctors (often circumcised themselves) like to take the way that is easiest and most profitable FOR THEM. But it's not their ***** being permanently mutilated! The only real medical indications for circumcision are frostbite, cancer, or gangrene in the foreskin area. All three are extremely rare.
Try stretching the skin very gently with your fingers. It's usually easy to do in a warm bath, or else use some baby oil or lotion. Just hook your fingers on two sides of the skin and pull until it just starts to hurt - no more - hold a few seconds, relax, and then repeat. If you do this as often as you can for a couple of weeks, the skin will probably start to loosen. If not, do ask the doctor for some hormone cream to help. If all this sounds slow and tedious, just think of the weeks of pain you are likely to endure after a circumcision!
Take a look at the excellent information at http://www.cirp.org/library/treatment/phimosis You'll need to scroll past the stuff about babies, but there are a lot of good links. Good luck - and don't let anybody chop off your foreskin! Get a second - even a third - opinion before you let anyone near your penis with anything sharp! Sometimes you just need to change the way you masturbate: http://www.cirp.org/library/treatment/phimosis/beauge2/

It's not necessary; I know from experience and what others have gone through.
Have you tried stretching it in the shower? That worked for me and now it's perfect.
The white stuff is smegma. It's natural oils that build up if you don't wash under there.
What you should try is when you shower, slide it back the most you can without forcing it (without pain). Then wash whatever you can of the head by rubbing on it. That should encourage it to separate and stretch a bit. Try that for a few weeks; it's like playing with it. That's what worked for me.
Now, if you have a tighter foreskin, there's a cream that works in over 90% of cases. It's Betamethasone Dipropionate and you can get it quite cheaply at drugstore.com.

I'd try those two steps before hand, since circumcision reduces sensitivity/pleasure in the long run (since the head rubs all the time) and makes masturbation more difficult, according to studies. There's a reason why the USA is the only industrialized nation that does this to most newborns (although the rates are falling; it's as low as 14% in some states now)

And e-mail if you have any questions, since I've previously gone through this. =)
When you can slide it back you wouldn't have any of the problems you have right now.

Most likely, you do NOT need circumcision. All you need to do is wash it. That's all.
Your penis should be moist. It's what makes sure you and your sex partner don't get friction burns. Like a girl's vagina. Think of it as being an outie instead of an innie.
If you get cut your penis will get dried out and less sensitive. It's like your tongue. When you sleep at night and breath through your mouth all night, you wake up and your mouth is dry and your tongue is desensitized. Same thing goes for your penis. Though, if you can breath through your penis, you're amazing.
Talk to a doctor, though. Cleaning is a must. For you as well as anyone else there might be.

Circumcision is a matter of preference these days. However, most guys are circumcised. Since you are older circumcision is not going to feel so good. Not that if feels good as a baby but most of us don't remember that little trauma. If you choose not to be circumcised then you have to keep yourself clean and dry. When you take a shower pull the foreskin back and use your washrag and soap be sure to rinse all the soap away, afterward be sure you dry yourself well. I hope this helps.

learn the methods to stretch yoru tight foreskin and practice diligently to loosen it up so it can be retracted for a more thorough cleaning.

how old are you? some teen will experience late grow, you can try pulling back when showering. DO NOT over do it if you feel the pain. Pull it back to the furthers and clean it everyday, in no time you will be able to pull back all the way.

Yes,you do need to be circumcised . It will not necessarily have an adverse effect on your sexuality. On the contrary, improved health & hgiene will improve it. A simple operation and a good investment for your future and the health of your sexual partner
