I was out drinking last night and I had a little to much to drink. I wanted to start to sober up, by the time I got home and went to sleep I was so sick I was throwing up so much. This only happens when I go to sleep soberish. Usually if I keep drinking I don't get sick thats wierd. If you know what I am talking about please tell me how can I avoid this. And don't say drink less, cuz thats not an option :)

Hi, for every drink you have have a glass of water, that way the alcohol will not dehydrate you as much, a good English breakfast in the morning also works it replaces the fats and sugars your body needs

If drinking less is not an option, then you have worse problems than throwing up! You are an alcoholic if you cannot control your drinking. Alcoholism destroys your liver, and you die an unpleasant early death. Get help. Now, before it is too late. You need to find new friends, new activities, new ways to live without alcohol. Alcholics Anonymous has helped many. It's not easy, but you really must deal with this problem, and I don't mean throwing up! Good luck.

If drinking less is "not an option", you REALLY need to drink less. Grow up.
