Hair loss is the result of 2 things.
1. Male pattern baldness is the result of genetics. Not much you can do about that.
2. Health. If you are losing hair from odd patches on your head, then various health issues might be involved. They include, diet, reactions to chemicals used on your head or hair and stress.
6 hours sleep is too little for most people (though it depends on the person). If you find yourself feeling very sleepy during the day, you need more sleep. So relax, it will grow back...unlike male pattern baldness.

The hair is not just a part of your body and it is a symbol of beauty, status and health. It is important for you to take proper care of your health in order to prevent early hair loss. Learn here https://bitly.im/aMMjQ It is not a very serious problem and with a little bit of caution you will be able to prevent further hair loss. There are certain uncontrollable factors like pregnancy conditions or certain illness or genetic factors that will result in hair loss. But, this does not mean that you cannot do something about your hair loss.

it's MOSTLY genetics, if your dad or grandfather on either side is bald...chances are you might go bald, but don't panic, accept your baldness like a man and who cares what others think, you earned your baldness

No, I don't think that would make you lose your hair you should change your shampoo, or it could be hereditary.
