No thanks, Good habits of hingiene and condom use, and, of course, a healthy sex life, are much more effective. Anything have to be mandatory, circumcision is a body modification, take off the problems is not the salvation of humanity. Well muslims cut something off the *****. I don't what it does, it's done for chasity and cleanliness. But it's not mandatory! I don't think that it c*********s it, though. Maybe it does?
