Benzocaine. It's an anesthetic. The problem with using this on your penis is that it reduces sensation and numbs the penis, so if you use too much, you feel nothing at all. And if your penis feels nothing at all, you'll lose your erection. So, stay away from the "delay" spray. And by the way, all of those products use the same thing: benzocaine.
