I've been to the docor about this last summer and have ruled out anything more serious than an ulcer or hemorrhoid...but I doubt the ulcer is the problem. There is a lot of blood with each movement and it's been almost a week now...should I worry? What will help it?

My husband has rheumatoid arthritis and high blood pressure and has a lot of difficulty often just getting around.

He has been very satisfying for serval years and still is when we are intimate. The problem is he is just not in the mood very often. He complains about hurting and he just wants to sleep. He wants to just lay beside each other and seldom anything physical. I want to be faithful to him and I would never think of going somewhere else. But I have needs.
