Cut out the beer and the junk food. Drink hot to lukewarm water only during the day and always after meals. in the morning in one glass of hot water add juice of half a lemon and one tablespoonful of honey. Drink it That will reduce the desire to eat/ drink sweets etc. Chew food at least 15 times. Drink 3 to 5 cups of green juice a day adding 1 teaspoonful of health drink to each cup. This will help to reduce the body very fast without any side effects. Eat plenty of salads adding 100 grams of sprouted cereals like MUNG. Also eat two seasonal fruits+1 glass of buttermilk. Do Pranayam+Yoga+Ling Mudra+Acupressure. Avoid all food if possible. However, in spite of the above diet, if you feel very hungry, take preparations of only wheat or only rice. That will reduce the intake of food. BUT EAT THIS FOOD ONLY WHEN YOU ARE VERY HUNGRY.

My husband has a beer belly and doesn't even drink!!
He dosn't exersice, he drives everywhere, and is quite lazy. He works hard at his job, but is not active.
You need to walk, or even cycle rather than drive. Be careful not to over eat, fill up on fruits and veg, rather that pies, breads, bicuits and cakes. And only have very small amounts of chocolates, or other treats like icecream or puddings. Drink water instead of carbonated drinks and you should loose some weight from around your middle.

well 1 cut down on the beer lol stop eatin all the junk food, do atleast 1 hour of excercise a day and in 1 or 2 months you'll start to see the difference

Play squash!! its a great game and is amazing for fitness!! Dont do sit ups yet, sit ups are for toning muscle and will not remove fat around the area instead try taking part in more cardiovascula activities, running swimming squash as i mentioned before. and most important try and eat healthily, cut down on the beer and eat more vegetables, less bread and more cereals. If you think its gonna be unhealthy it usually is!!

Drink light or less or no beer. Then you won't have a beer belly, you'll either slim up or just be fat.

one thing stop drinking beer, next thing get a physical, then see a nutritionist to help you better kick start your metabolism to better burn the fatty cells,and start you on a workout routine,
