the remote idea sounds intriguing. no i don't want foreign objects inside of junior, and yes the noises would distract me.

Viagra is a heart medication. The erection is a side effect.
Doctors can do amazing things with surgery. If they can perform sex change operations, I don't see why they can't reconstruct a functioning penis. They can probably even bring sex drive back using prescribed hormone therapies.
Robotic penises already exist, but they're not usually attached to people.
