sit back and wait and let puberty take its course, you have more years to go before you hit your growth spurt - be patient - my brother didnt gain any height until he was 16

there is nothing you can do but I think you will get taller naturally. I was 5''5 when I was 14 by the time I turned 18 I was 5'9

you have 7 more years to grow so don't worry, the normal growth
rate of a person ends at the age of 22

Eat well and exercise - you have many years to continue growing.

u cant make urself taller.... it predetermined but eating meat and sleeping 9 hrs. a night could help

there is absolutely nothing you can do, your height is predetermined by your genetic structure. The good news is you still have about four more years to attain your full height.

genetics decides your height........the only change you can make is to get surgical spacers put in your knees and ankles that slowly bring you up 1-3 inches over years of pain, stretching and screw turning.....

prayer or genetics , probably genetics cause God is pretty busy nowadays with the crank / homosexuality issue that confronts us all , especially the youngest of our society . stay stong young man .
