he is out of control before and after drinking. he shout and brake. he doesnt want medical help. he doesn't agree whith me when i told him that he's an alcoholic and he needs help.

Can some one tell me treatment for Heart burn which I have for many years.

I previously taking Tab. Ranitidine, then Stoped taking regularly as it gives temporary relief.

now a days I am taking tab.Pantaprozole 40mg (proton pump inhibitor) and one tab.Ranitidine once a week that gives relief to me for a week or 5 days.

is therre any medicine or food control that will heal this problem

any therapy available. if I dont take medicine I couldn't tolerate the burning which is very hard to describe..

some one advice please

I am suffering from PHIMOSIS, i.e., Penile my foreskin doesnot retract. It gives me lots of problem while having sex, sometimes it bleeds. I have sinusitis for the past 15 years and it is getting worse on and off.. it depends on the food sometimes like Ghee and vegegable salads makes worsens the nasal blocks

I have nasal block almost all the time and I use Otrivin nasal drops to get relieved I can say that I am adicted to it

if it is more worst I use Rhinocart a Steroidal nasal spray to get quick relief and it works only some weeks or months then gets worse. Doctors adviced me FESS (functional endoscopic sinus surgery) but according to the doctors' openion this will work for few months and I will have the same problem when infection arises.

is there a permenant solution to it can some one help me that leads me non-surgical permenent healing...
