From a pharmacological standpoint, no. Gold is not harmful to men unless they are among the very small percentage who are allergic. From a physical view, it would depend on the man's vocation. Some jobs where electricity and other mechanical activities are involved can be very dangerous to ring wearers.

men shouldn't wear anything that's made of gold
it is proved by medicien science
But you won't get sick like you're going to die
You can have problems with "somthing else"
