I want to gain muscle, im 5'7" 120 pounds, and have a fast matabolism. Every muscle in my upper body is small, including biceps triceps, chest etc. I want to be able to do it fast without eating six meals a day or anything like that.

I have on my both knees strange marks, they look like scares but they are to many and they are white lines. They aren't scares becouse I never cut myself or suffered other accidents on my both knees. Some told me that these markes are becouse i lost or gain weight suddenly. I'm not too skiny neither fat). What are these?

Incontinent due to pregressive nerve damage and I wear diapers 24 / 7. I work 4 ten hour days a week and am traveling frequently. At home I wear cloth diapers but when I'm on the road I use disposable diapers for obvious reasons.
