Ok, it they are big, then they are genital warts. If they are much smaller, (about a millimeter across) then they are like freckles. Nothing to be concerned about. They are completly normal and many guys have them on their penis. Trust me on this, I have the small ones and I have been completely fine for plenty of years

genital warts do a look up about them it is contagious and can be deadly if not taken care of
