No, not normally.
Due to neurological problems that prevent me from attaining an erection I have not had sexual relief in close to 15 years and every year my physical comes back with excellent results in that area.
I hope that answers your question. I really hope that you have a good reason to ask the question. Are you going to be celebit by choice?

There are no clear studies that prove that masturbation is healthy and keeps the prostate healthy. For every study that says it is, there is one that says it does not. The prostate is not a muscle but a gland, so it cannot get stronger by using it more. Over-use would cause abbrasions, which can cause it to become congested and inflamed.

Research (actual research, not stories about crusty monks) does suggest that firing the cannon regularly has health benefits. It clears toxins from the prostate which could increase your risk of prostate problems.

I don't believe not "using it" has any impact on prostate health. As the prostate is not in your penis, but is accessed by doctors putting a finger or tool up the rectum, you should probably stop trying to pressure your girlfriend to sleep with you by telling her that you will get sick if you don't "use it."

nope. It's just fine. The body has a natural way of taking care of itself. How do you think monks do it? they don't masturbate (at least the clean ones don't). Don't worry about it. Just plan on "wet dreams" now and again.
